Crèche There are Crèche facilities for 0-3 year olds during the 11.00 am Service. Young people The 11.00 all-age informal service each Sunday morning is particularly for families, young people and those of all ages who prefer a flexible and less traditional approach to worship. This has replaced our Junior Church and will normally finish by 12 noon. Play Group (0-5 years) The Play Group meets alternate weeks in the Hayhurst Room (Next to 57 Church Street) between 10am and 11.30am. Join us for lots of play, fun, chatting, singing and refreshments. Parking available at the rear. |
Local Schools

Davenham Church of England Primary School Please note that any parent (s)/carer (s) intending to apply for a Davenham Church of England Primary School place using frequency of attendance at St Wilfrid’s Church, Davenham as the criteria need to have their attendance at the Church Service formally recorded (not just attend without being formally recorded) at least a year in advance of the closing date of applications. It is the responsibility of the parent (s)/carer (s) to make sure this happens, and that attendance satisfies the criteria’s definition of ‘faithful and regular’. As a result of Covid-19, the governing body of Davenham CofE Primary School have made a variation to the admissions arrangements for September 2020-21. please read the Chair of Governors - variation letter re Covid-19 and the Admissions Policy 2020-21 including variation re Covid-19 document.
